The U10 boys stepped out at Brentwood keen to score and that exactly what they did!! Winning all 4 of the U10 friendly games, scoring 12 goals and keeping 4 clean sheets, the parents were treated to some superb play which included Callum Cox and Billy Jean Cobb scoring their first havering goals. With 2-0 and 5-0 wins v Brentwood and 2-0 and 3-0 wins over Redbridge & Ilford, goals came from club stars Tom Thatcher 3, Liam Purton 6, Billy 1 and Callum 2.
A great performance by all!!

With all the boys except Callum playing again in the next set of games, Andy Meehan joined the boys to play Brentwood and Redbridge & Ilford under 12s. A 2-2 draw with. Brentwood was first up, again Liam getting 2. Next up was Redbidge and the only goal of the game came from Rhys Goulden. As the younger boys started to tire in the last 2 games, they won a few short corners but the opposition keepers did well leaving the boys without a goal in either game, loosing them both 2-0. Overall the boys had a great day and are looking forward to the next tournament.

The girls were not so fortunate with their results as sickness and holidays meant we only had 5 of our regulars but Brentwood and Bishops Stortford were fantastic in letting us borrow some players allowing our girls to play.
Despite some good play, the girls had 2-1, 3-1 and 1-0 losses, both the Havering goals came from Danielle Drake but Megan Banks was unlucky to have 3 shots saved.

Onwards and upwards for the girls!!
Next tournament is the 16th February, at home - all volunteers are welcome :)
