Havering Ladies 3s took a trip to Bishops Stortford for their away match against the Acolytes. The team knew they were in for a tough match after an early goal by Bishops Stortford, but their kept their heads up and bounced back to put some real pressure on their opposition.
The acolytes managed to break through the Havering team to get an extra goal in before half time, and a 3rd goal to secure their win in the 2nd half. Havering didn’t let this get them down, and continued to play their game- all that was missing was that final stroke of luck to get themselves on the scoreboard.

Player of the match votes were well distributed amongst the team, and resulted in a triple win for new players Teagan Bunn, Abi Dickinson and Katie Mann. With gifted young players coming up through their minis section to shake up the ladies side, Havering Ladies 3s are confident that as the season progresses they will climb the table!
