Havering soon found themselves 3-0 down, despite the valiant efforts of Dan Jones in goal. Indeed, Dan Jones was able to save a penalty stroke to keep the score line at 3-0 going into the break.
In the second period, the younger energetic midfield of East London, enabled them to continue applying pressure and set up goals on a regular basis. Havering, were able to penetrate the opposition D themselves on many occasions, but despite having 7 short corners throughout the game, were unable to register on the score sheet. As a result, East London were able to come away with a resounding 8-0 victory.
