Havering were held to a frustrating draw in a local derby against relegation threatened Upminster.
The visitors took the lead from the penalty spot when Huxley True chopped down an Upminster forward when clean through on goal.
Havering equalised on the stroke of half-time when veteran Paul Johnson deflected in Adam Lumbers’ pass from a short-corner.
Havering were much improved after the break but failed to find the breakthrough despite numerous chances and a succession of short-corners. Liam Purton had a effort saved from a tight angle and Jon Harris was unfortunate to have a goal disallowed when the umpire failed to play an advantage.
Despite relentless pressure the hosts were forced to settle for a draw in the knowledge that better decision making in the final third could have seen them to a comfortable victory.
