With Captain Ryan Lee absent and a number of injury absences, HHC were forced to name an experimental side with a change of formation necessitated by player availability.

Brentwood showed why they are top of the table, as their fluent and well drilled play forced Havering to be on the back foot for the majority of the game.

Greg Carolan scored a consolation goal for Havering but this was Brentwood’s day, as they scored 7 goals, three from penalty corners and had countless other chances from their slick wing play and ability to find spare players in the D.

Havering will go again next week, determined to get back on track.
