Richard Cottam – Parks Development Officer has contacted me today and advised that individuals parking in front of the Council’s garages, at the rear of the pavilion, will be issued with a court summons which could incur up to a £500 fine.

Council vehicles in these premises are on call 24/7 and must have access at all times.
He has advised that new signage will be erected and individuals who ignore this will be issued with appropriate penalties.
